Villas are identical in architecture, the differences between villas are external color, location within the compound, interior decoration and furniture.
Living Spaces Within Villas
Reservation
All Villas are priced at Ghs650.00 per night. There is a 5% discount for weekly rentals, 10% discount for monthly rentals and 20% discount for 90 days rentals. All reservations must be pre-paid using MoMo, Telecel Cash or Approved third party payment systems (such as AirBnB, Vrbo or Expedia). Payment in USD is $65.00 per night.
Checkin time is after 2pm and Checkout is before 11am. If you need additional time to checkout after 11am let us know so that we can accommodate you.
